Notes of Interest – Race Recap (Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, Race 2)
- This is Rinus VeeKay’s second victory in Pro Mazda; he won the season-opening race the previous day.
- VeeKay is the only driver to win a race this season, and the only driver to lead laps in both races. He led eight laps in Race 1 and 21 laps in Race 2, for a season-high 29 laps led (out of 50).
- VeeKay won from the pole position. It marked his first victory from the pole.
- David Malukas finished a season-best second; he finished seventh in Race 1.
- Carlos Cunha was third, his first podium of the season. The result gave him two top-five finishes during the weekend.
- Sting Ray Robb finished a season-best fourth in Race 2, following a sixth-place effort in race 1.
- Parker Thompson, who led a race-high 17 laps in Race 1, finished fifth.
- Oliver Askew, who started from the pole in Race 1, was sixth.
- The top 10 drivers were separated by less than 10 seconds at the checkered flag. 
- Harrison Scott, who led four laps in Race 2, finished 12th, the final car on the lead lap.
