The 63rd NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series season kicks
off this weekend at Auto Club Raceway at Pomona in California with the 58th
annual Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals. The Top Fuel, Funny Car and Pro Stock
classes will be competing.

Notes of Interest
- Kenny Bernstein, Gary Scelzi and Del Worsham are the only
three drivers to win championships in both Top Fuel and Funny Car. Bernstein
has six titles overall, tied for the fourth most in series history, while
Scelzi has four and Worsham has two.
- John and Brittany Force are the only father-daughter duo
to win championships in NHRA competition.
