The latest edition of the all-encompassing Motor Racing Statistics “By The Numbers” blog, which looks at numbers throughout many forms of motorsports. This blog runs on Tuesdays through the year.

3 – Lewis Hamilton has won each of the last three Canadian Grand Prix on the Formula 1 World Championship circuit, and six overall (2007, 2010, 2012, 2015-2017).

5 – Harrison Burton added his name to the winner’s list for the 2018 ARCA Racing Series season, taking the General Tire #AnywhereIsPossible 200 at Pocono Raceway. Burton gave car owner Matthew Miller a 1-2-3 sweep, with teammates Sheldon Creed and Zane Smith completing the top three. All seven ARCA races this season have been won by Toyota.

6 – There have been six winners in eight Verizon IndyCar Series races this season, including two drivers with multiple victories: Josef Newgarden and Will Power each have two wins, while Sebastien Bourdais, Alexander Rossi, Scott Dixon and Ryan Hunter-Reay each have one victory.

6 – Six different drivers have won in six USAC P1 Insurance National Midget Car Series races this season, with Kyle Larson, Chad Boat, Spencer Bayston and Kevin Thomas Jr. winning in the four-race Indiana Midget Week. Bayston was crowned the Indiana Midget Week champion.

8 – Brent Marks won the Badger 40 on Saturday at Wilmot Raceway in Wisconsin, becoming the eighth driver to win a World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series A-Main feature this season.

10 – A total of 10 drivers have won in IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship competition in the Prototype category, with Eric Curran and Felipe Nasr triumphing in the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix at The Raceway at Belle Isle on Saturday.

11 – Kyle Busch became the 11th driver to win in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, taking the Pocono Green 250 at Pocono Raceway in Pennsylvania by 2.852 seconds over Chase Elliott.

12 – David Pearson leads all drivers in Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series victories at Michigan International Speedway, with 12.

17 – Martin Truex Jr. (Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series) and Ryan Hunter-Reay (Verizon IndyCar Series) each earned their 17th career victory in their respective series Sunday. Truex was victorious in the Pocono 400 at Pocono Raceway in Pennsylvania, while Hunter-Reay triumphed in Race 2 of the Chevrolet Dual at Detroit Grand Prix at The Raceway at Belle Isle in Michigan.

20 – Twenty different drivers have led laps in IndyCar Series competition this season, with Marco Andretti and Scott Dixon adding their names to the list Saturday in Race 1 of the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix at The Raceway at Belle Isle.

37 – Each of the last four IndyCar Series races have been won by a 37-year-old driver. Will Power won the Grand Prix of Indianapolis and the Indianapolis 500, while Scott Dixon and Ryan Hunter-Reay split the races in the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix at The Raceway at Belle Isle.

42 – Scott Dixon won his 42nd IndyCar race Saturday, Race 1 of the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix at The Raceway at Belle Isle. Dixon tied Michael Andretti for third all-time in IndyCar wins.

55 – This weekend’s Canadian Grand Prix is the 55th edition of the race, which has been held at both Mosport Park (now Canadian Tire Motorsport Park) in Bowmanville, Ontario; Circuit de Mont-Tremblant in Quebec; and finally at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal (38 of the races).

98 – This weekend’s FireKeepers Casino 400 at Michigan International Speedway marks the 98th Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race.

99 – Scott Dixon scored his 99th career IndyCar podium in winning Race 1 of the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix at The Raceway at Belle Isle.

909 – Kevin Harvick has led a season-high 909 laps in Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series competition.
