Event statistics following the seventh race of the 2018 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season, the NC Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina.

Johnny Sauter won his series-high third NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory of the season and first at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Second was Kyle Busch, followed by Brandon Jones, Brett Moffitt and Ben Rhodes.

Notes of Interest – Race Recap
- This was the 16th NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
- This is Johnny Sauter’s third NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory of the season and 20th career in the Truck Series. This is his first victory at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
- This is Sauter’s second victory of the month, and second since he turned 40 on May 1.
- Sauter is one of five drivers in seven races to win this season. Brett Moffitt, Kyle Busch, John Hunter Nemechek and Noah Gragson each have one victory.
- Sauter has now won at least three races in each of the last three seasons (had three in 2016, four in 2017 and has three in 2018), and overall has at least three wins in four seasons (also had three wins in 2013). Overall, Sauter has won at least one race in nine seasons (all in the last 10 years).
- Sauter now has Truck Series victories at 12 different tracks, including all six of the mile-and-a-half tracks on the 2018 circuit. Nine of his 20 victories have come on mile-and-a-half tracks, and six have come at tracks owned by Speedway Motorsports, Inc. (SMI) tracks.
- Ten of Sauter’s 20 Truck Series victories have come with team owner Maury Gallagher. His first 10 victories came with team owner Mike Curb.

- Sauter now has five top-three finishes in seven races this season, with an average finish of 4.57 to lead all drivers. He also has six top fives, with a worst finish of 19th at Martinsville Speedway.
- In his career, Sauter is now six top fives short of 100 (94) and four top 10s shy of 150 (146).
- Sauter has completed every lap but one this season, and leads all drivers in laps completed (1,128 of 1,129).
- Sauter won by 1.340 seconds over Kyle Busch. All seven races this season have been won by less than two seconds.
- Chevrolet now has a season-high four victories, one more than Toyota. Overall, Chevrolet now has nine victories at Charlotte.
- Kyle Busch finished second, the top-finishing Toyota driver and third finish of first or second in four races in 2018. Busch has an average finish of 6.5 in those four races.
- Brandon Jones was third, his second top-10 finish in as many races this season (was ninth in race at Kansas Speedway). Jones made up a race-high 25 positions, after starting 28th.
- Brett Moffitt was fourth, his fourth top-five finish this season.
- Ben Rhodes was the top-finishing Ford driver, taking fifth. For Rhodes, it was his fifth top 10, tied for second among all drivers with Grant Enfinger and one less than season leader Sauter.
- Stewart Friesen claimed his fourth top 10 of the season with a sixth-place effort.
- Parker Kligerman earned a season-best seventh-place effort in four races this season. He made up 20 positions, after starting 27th.
- Noah Gragson, the most recent race winner at Kansas Speedway, was eighth, notching a fourth top 10 of 2018.
- Ninth was John Hunter Nemechek, his third top 10 in five races this season.
- Todd Gilliland was 10th, his second consecutive top-10 finish of his season (was 10th in his most recent race at Dover). This was Gilliland’s first start on a mile-and-a-half oval; he celebrated his 18th birthday earlier this week (Tuesday, May 15).
- There were no drivers that earned a season-best finish, beyond the four drivers that made their season debuts: Chris Eggleston (13th); Daniel Hemric (21st); Timmy Hill (28th); and J.J. Yeley (32nd).
- This is the third consecutive Charlotte race in which the scheduled 134-lap distance was contested without being abbreviated or going into overtime.
- A total of five drivers led the race.
- A total of 23 drivers finished on the lead lap, the most drivers to complete every lap in a race this season.
- Only 12 drivers improved on their starting position in the race.
- The next race will be Friday, June 8, with the Rattlesnake 400 at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas.
