Event statistics following the sixth race of the 2018 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season, the 37 Kind Days 250 at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas.

Polesitter Noah Gragson finally broke through for his first series victory of the season, pacing 128 of the 167 laps to lead teammate and team owner Kyle Busch to the checkered flag in a 1-2 Kyle Busch Motorsports finish. Stewart Friesen was third.

Notes of Interest – Race/Weekend Recap
- This is Noah Gragson’s first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory of the season and the second of his career. His first victory came in the 2017 fall race at Martinsville Speedway in Virginia.
- Gragson is the fifth driver in six races to win a race this season. He joins two-time race winner Johnny Sauter, as well as Brett Moffitt, Kyle Busch and John Hunter Nemechek, who each have one victory.
- Gragson has victories at two tracks – Martinsville and Kansas. This is his first victory on a track in excess of a half mile.
- Gragson led 128 laps, more than doubling his laps led total in the first five races (he had led four races for a total of 116 laps). His current total of 244 laps led this season is the best among 20 drivers that have led at least one lap.
- Gragson has now won races in two consecutive seasons.
- This is Gragson’s first career victory in a race in which he led the most laps. He led only 10 laps in his 2017 fall victory at Martinsville.
- This also marks Gragson’s first Truck Series victory from the pole position. He is the second driver this season to win a race from the pole (Kyle Busch at Las Vegas Motor Speedway).
- Gragson is the first polesitter to win at Kansas since 2014 (Kyle Busch) and third overall (Ron Hornaday Jr. was the first polesitter to win, in 2008).
- Gragson now has three top fives is six races this season, with an average finish of 10.5.
- The victory was the third of the season for Toyota and sixth consecutive win for the marque at Kansas. Overall, it marks Toyota’s series-best eighth win at Kansas.
- Gragson’s boss and teammate, Kyle Busch, finished second, his second finish of first or second in three races this season.
- Stewart Friesen was the highest-finishing Chevrolet driver, finishing a season-best third. It marks Friesen’s third finish of sixth or better this season.
- John Hunter Nemechek finished fourth, his second consecutive top-five finish in a race in which he contested (skipped Race 5 at Dover International Speedway).
- Points leader Johnny Sauter finished fifth, his fifth top-five finish and fifth top 10 in six races in 2018 (both marks lead all drivers). Sauter led 14 laps, improving his laps led total of 202, second most behind Noah Gragson.
- Sauter, who has an average finish of 5.17 (best among drivers that have competed in every race this season), has completed every lap in five of six races this season, and 994 of 995 this season, the most of any driver in 2018.
- Matt Crafton finished sixth, his third top-10 finish of the season. Crafton was the highest-finishing Ford driver and one of two Ford drivers in the top 10.
- Cody Coughlin finished seventh, his third top-10 result of the season and sixth career top 10 in 41 races.
- Grant Enfinger finished eighth, his fifth top-10 finish of the season, tied for the most of all drivers with Johnny Sauter.
- Brandon Jones finished ninth in his season debut, one of three drivers to compete in their first race of 2018.
- Justin Haley finished 10th, his fourth top-10 finish in six races in 2018.
- Myatt Snider improved a race-high 15 positions, from 32nd to 17th. It marked the series-leading second race of the season in which Snider advanced the most positions of any driver in a race.
- Other drivers who earned or tied season-best finishes with their Dover results: Austin Wayne Self (13th); Kyle Donahue (20th); Josh Reaume (21st); Jennifer Jo Cobb (22nd); and Joey Gase (31st).
- Two other drivers made their season debuts at Charlotte: Darrell Wallace Jr. (14th) and Jamie Mosley (28th), his second career Truck Series race and first since 2009 at Kentucky Speedway).
- A total of 12 drivers improved on their starting position in the race.
- The next race will be Friday, May 18, with the North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina.
