Notes of Interest – Race Recap (Keith Kauffman Classic)
- This is Lance Dewease’s second All-Star Circuit of Champions A-Main Feature victory of the season and the 37th of his career. Dewease moved into a four-way tie for 12th all-time in All-Star Circuit of Champions feature wins, tying Steve Kinser, Doug Wolfgang and Danny Lasoski.
- Dewease has won at least two All-Star Circuit of Champions A-Main Features in 12 seasons.
- Dewease won from the fifth starting position, becoming the first driver this season to win from that position.
- Dewease joins Donny Schatz as the only drivers with multiple victories this season. Schatz won both All-Star Circuit of Champions races at Volusia Speedway Park in February.
- Aaron Reutzel finished second, his first top-five A-Main finish of the season, after finishing 19th in his season debut Friday at Williams Grove Speedway. Reutzel was the seventh driver in as many events this season to post fast time in qualifying.
- Anthony Macri finished third, following his sixth-place A-Main finish at Williams Grove.
- Steve Buckwalter finished fourth, his best finish in four A-Main Features this season (best finish was 14th in second race of the season at Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, Florida).
