Here is a look at the manufacturers which have finished the race 1-2. The feat has been accomplished 44 times in 85 races. Porsche leads all manufacturers with 12 finishes of 1-2, most recently in 2015. A total of 14 manufacturers have swept the top two positions in a race at least once.

Notes of Interest
- Andre Lagache and Rene Leonard brought the No. 9 Chenard et Walcker home first in the inaugural 1923 race, while fellow French drivers Raoul Bachmann and Christian Dauverge were second in the No. 10 Chenard et Walcker.
- Porsche and Ferrari have each earned six consecutive 1-2s.
- The longest streak of manufacturer 1-2s was from 1959 to 1966, when Aston Martin scored a 1-2 in 1959, followed by six consecutive 1-2s by Ferrari from 1960 to 1965, and a Ford 1-2 in 1966.
