- This marked the sixth NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.
- This is Justin Allgaier’s third NASCAR Xfinity Series victory of the season and the eighth of his career. He has also won at Dover International Speedway and Iowa Speedway this season. It marks the most victories Allgaier has ever earned in a season; his previous best was two in 2017.
- This is Allgaier’s second career victory on a road course. He also won at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in 2012.
